Hourlies and annuals
If you require any sort of scheduled maintenance to your aircraft we are the team for you, all the way from 25 hourly to annual services, it will be completed in a very timely and professional manner, insuring that your aircraft is in the best airworthiness condition it can be and get you back in it back flying high in skies as soon as possible.
We will conduct checks to ensure AB compliance, and perform necessary upgrades to your aircraft, further to this, we use genuine parts unless requested otherwise.
Safety is our main goal and seeing aircraft in the sky.
Build inspections and condition reports
We’re a business that specialises in offering guidance for those pilots who love to build their own aircraft as we love to see them fly! We are happy to do stage build inspections for the home builder and condition reports for the on sale of aircraft for the person wanting to sell.
Overhauls and upgrades.
Here’s where the fun really begins, there’s nothing we love more than getting down to the nitty-gritty and stripping down a motor, to provide top-notch, zero timing of engines and AB specific upgrades, with our workshop kitted out with lathes, milling machines and CNC equipment, this insures the best service possible to you.
All parts will be professionally cleaned in a ultrasonic cleaner and inspected for any defects, measured for correct sizing, crack tested if applicable and placed back into service.
Parts, manufacturer and design
Often in aviation, when building and designing your own aircraft, you may require some parts to be custom-made, we cansolve that problem we can make parts all the way from flap hangers to iPad mounts. About Us
Our Story
Here at Scrub pilots maintenance services, we have a passion for everything aviation related, this passion was grown from a little boy and carried on into adulthood.
Aviation has inspired me personally to obtain certificates in graphic design, a degree in aviation information technology, work with large companies such as Virgin Australia, Aerocare, and get my hands on everything aviation at Jabiru aircraft, overhauling, rebuilding, and making parts there, this has amounted to 11 years in the aviation industry, thus far since 2012.
As time progresses, and knowledge is gained, this has enables me to provide you a confident and confident tailored service that you will be satisfied with.
If there’s anything I have learnt in the aviation industry is that you never know everything, however, if you do think you do know everything, you know nothing! Never be afraid to keep your mind open and ask questions.
